We’ve heard from our customers that garage cleanliness is important. As such, on Tuesday, Oct. 15, CampusParc will begin power washing the parking decks, stairwells, and common areas in 12th Avenue Garage, which will incur daily rolling deck closures through Friday, Oct. 18.
To complete the work, the entire garage will close on Friday, Oct. 18. Entrances will close at 2 p.m., and remaining vehicles must exit the garage by 8 p.m. Work is scheduled to be complete by 5 a.m. Monday, Oct. 21.
During the work, alternate staff permit parking will be available in the North Cannon and 9th Avenue garages.
CampusParc reminds customers to please observe project-related closure signage placed throughout the garage.
