ADA Accessible Permits

ADA Accessible Permits

ADA Accessible Permits

We're committed to creating an easy and accessible parking experience for everyone coming to campus. CampusParc ADA Accessible permits provide enhanced access for faculty, staff, and students.

Please note: Use of a state placard and a standard permit does not grant access to ADA accessible parking spaces.

There are three permanent ADA Accessible permits and one temporary ADA Accessible Permit:

This permit is available at the same rate as the A (for faculty/A&P employees), B (for staff/CCS employees) or the C (for students).

With the Central Campus D permit, faculty, staff, and students receive comprehensive access to surface lots and garages. See the tables below for details.

Customers requiring an accessible parking permit for 30 days or less may have a doctor fill out the CampusParc Temporary Accessible Parking Request Form or provide their state-issued temporary disability placard registration and provide it to CampusParc.

  • This permit grants access to accessible spaces within areas already accessible with an existing annual permit. For example, if you have a West Campus WB permit, you may park in West Campus disability spaces during peak hours, but you may not park in Central Campus disability spaces until off-peak hours.
  • CampusParc will issue a temporary ADA accessible permit for up to 30 days only without a valid state-issued temporary accessible placard.
  • Customers requiring accessible parking for more than 30 days must obtain a state-issued temporary disability placard. Once this placard is received, a copy of the registration must be provided.
  • Prescription notes cannot be used as documentation for a temporary disability.

Please note: Undergraduate students with an annual permit who provide their temporary state-issued disability placard registration or a completed Temporary Accessible Parking Request Form will be granted access to West Campus and Buckeye Lot disability spaces. Transportation and Traffic Management’s Paratransit service is available for transportation to and from these areas. Permanent disability placard registration is required in order to grant Central Campus access to undergraduates.
